Terms and Conditions

In general the following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Luxspa Beauty website, please read them carefully as by placing an order you indicate your acceptance of these conditions.

You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party, if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all under the Data Protection Act 1988. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.

All product prices are in GBP £ including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine,
we do not sell any fakes or copies.

Images are for illustration purposes only and colours may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some cosmetic items may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

We accept payment only by PayPal, and we will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your method of payment.

No credit card or payment details for online orders will be stored on our servers. All payments are taken via Paypal who processes all payments on our behalf. Paypal is fully PCI compliant.
Your order will be sent to the address you have provided us with. Should there be a change of address, you must notify us immediately. We aim to despatch orders within one working day of receipt. For our full delivery details and pricing policy please visit 'Deliveries'

You will be sent an order confirmation email which provides your order number. This number will be required in the event that you contact us with any queries. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Luxspa Beauty will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, we reserve the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.

Should you wish to cancel/ edit or remove any items from your order after it has been sent to us, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched by Luxspa Beauty. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

For Health and Safety reasons we will not accept any colour cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange.

You must contact us by phone or email us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

Please notify us either by email or by telephoning, if your UK order which was dispatched by 2nd Class or 1st Class has not arrived after 15 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed 'missing' and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, we will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.

Any complaints should be made in writing either by email to: info@luxspabeauty.co.uk. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
